Hello,

we currently have a problem to connect to our instance which we use for
development and testing:
Q1m9tJ9no

Is this linked to the hardware problem?
Even though this box is not our production box we use it for small
developments - would be good if we could keep it up running (let us know if
there is any additional costs for us)
