[Erp5-users] Workflows and users

Having tried to understand this by exploring ERP5 (both in the 
interface and Zope manage screens). Please explain how I:

1 Create a purchase order (and then)
2 Approve the purchase order
3 Create a user with different roles
4 Create a custom Workflow (the screenshots are missing in the ERP5 
Guide)

Also, when for example adding a product to a sales order, how do I get 
a selection to choose from (I don't always remember exactly what the 
product is called). Can I use a regular expression or what? Please give 
me an example.
