  Description:

When a storage node join a running cluster, it's considered available as soon as the master ask it to begin the initialization step. This is wrong because the storage might not have all informations (eg. the partition table) and cannot answer to load/store client operations or lock/unlock master operations (which are triggered through client/master channel as soon as the storage was involved in a transaction). This lead to an expected packet received from client or an unknown transaction (in case of a timeout between client/storage link).
