[Erp5-users] How to configure a empty instance

Good evening,

This is my very first email to this mailing list. I'm just installed ERP5
this week for teaching it in my school. And I'm going to use the lessons of
Osoe Project.
I have installed the packages in a Mandriva distro Linux and all was
perfect!
The ERP5 comes with a very useful instance with demo data.
But I'm trying to start a new instance from the begining and I can't. I go
to My favourites/Configure your Site/ and I choose a standard
configuration....It goes without problems but in the new site I still see
the datas of the example....

So my question is "How I can configure a empty instance with ERP5"
