Solved by pinning versions as under

Products.CMFCore = 2.2.6
Products.CMFCalendar = 2.2.0-beta
Products.CMFDefault = 2.2.0-beta
Products.CMFTopic = 2.2.0-beta
Products.CMFUid = 2.2.0-beta
Products.CMFDCWorkflow = 2.2.0-beta
