They work in their own environment, mostly in Brazilian. They translated
ERP5 and all OSOE documentation. Probably Rafael can tell more
about this effort. 

What ERP5 BR did is really impressive. So, Nexedi decided to help them 
because what they do is a real community effort with people who want to
contribute to ERP5 core by spending much time. We often do staff exchange,
a bit like in academic research world. It helps having a good communication
and a good relation. This is why it works quite well.
