You may have further information in log files (in
BUILDOUT-INSTANCE-DIR/var/log) to help you figure out why it doesn't
start properly. Have you already checked them?

This file is automatically generated according to your buildout
configuration file and is available in
BUILDOUT-INSTANCE-DIR/var/etc/supervisord.conf. If looking at the logs
doesn't help, maybe you could try to run the commands given in
supervisord.conf by hand? If it still doesn't help, could you please
send the buildout.cfg and supervisord.conf? Thanks.
