Leonardo,

Thank you for the reply, but I cant phathom what I'm doing wrong as I am
installing
on a VirtualBox Ubuntu Server 32 bit VM using the EXACT instructions from
here:

http://www.erp5.com/download/linux/Howto-Install.erp5.From.Buildout

When I install Ubuntu Server, I install it with ZERO packages, and, at the
command prompt, I type sudo apt-get install subversion so that I may start
doing
subversion checkouts of the ERP5 stuff.

Following the tutorial, I've NEVER been able to get past the 'make' step.

Now as for your erp5apptest212 appliance, it too has NEVER successfully
*COMPLETED* its simulation of installing ERP5 from Buildout.

Been trying the ERP5AppTest212 for 2 weeks now, and nothing.

I'm stuck stuck stuck.

:(
