Hi,
  Please proceed like that:
  1) Add the line below in the end of your |/etc/apt/sources.list file:
    - ||deb http://software.tiolive.com/packages/ubuntulinux/10.04/i386/ ./

  2) sudo apt-get update
  3) sudo apt-get install ||tiolive-application|

  And keep following the tutorial.
