[Erp5-users] how to add new user with admin privillege?

Hey guys..

I wonder how to add new ERP5 users that can see another user data just like
user admin can do.
When I try to make new user, it end up to access it's own data but it cannot
even import data from another user.

Would you mind telling me how to make a new user that can see another user
data?
