This is not as straightforward - you have to create assignments within
Person objects and open those assignments, but for this to work you
need a security configuration which by default is empty, so you can't
do anything.

Take a look here: http://addons-erp5.sourceforge.net/ - there is a
business template with a simple security configuration, and some
documentation too.
