[Erp5-users] Error during opening Budget model item

According to erp5_budget Business Template, we only have following 
portal types allowed in Budget Model.

* Category Budget Variation
* Node Budget Variation

And there is not 'Section Category Budget Variation' portal type.

Anyway in such an error case, please paste *full* traceback information, 
that really help others to understand the problem deeply.

And also please try to reproduce this error by extending 
ERP5/tests/testERP5Budget.py if possible.
