You must to change svn_update.sh script with this:

mcedit /var/lib/erp5/Products/svn_update.sh

#Define path
ZOPE_PRODUCTS="/var/lib/erp5/Products/"
EXTENSIONS_FOLDER="/var/lib/erp5/Extensions/"
BT5_FOLDER="/var/lib/erp5/bt5"

after change run script and after update try to create site. 
In my instalation works now.

I'm a new ERP5 user and encountered problem  when add new erp5 site from 
web zope manage :

Would anyone help me to solve this problem ? i didn't get any information 
available to solve this.
