I've created some packages for Ubuntu 6.06[1]. They are based on
sources from Nexedi[2] repository, so you might try to use them to
create 7.04 packages.

It was possible to install ERP5 from given packages in 6.06, for now I
haven't time to try out 7.04 installation.

BTW. AFAIK supported Zope version is 2.7.8 with Nexedi patch.

As usual dig through www.erp5.org website, especially source code
related installation[3].
