Basic HR functions are in erp5_base - like keeping track of an 
employee's career (when joined etc). Payroll is very country-specific, 
so what is available depends actually where you are from.

There is a new module erp5_hr which is under development; first thing 
that will be covered is recruitment, then training management, then 
we'll proceed to the other areas of HR.
