[Erp5-users] Debian installation help?

Hello,
I'm quite new to ERP5.
After some fruitless haggling with the CD which turned the 5-minute
experience into a 2-3 hour experience, I'd like to produce a
comprehensive set of instructions to install natively on Debian. I'd
also like to "move forward" as much as possible, listing current
versions of the required products, so people have less trouble digging
old and older versions of stuff from moving web sites.
So far, I've found Dieter Lucking's instructions from June 2005, but
things seem to move too fast and/or need a cleanup. Eg. do I really
still need the iHotfix package before installing Localizer? Which other
patches must be used? Is it ok to create a wiki page like eg.
InstallOnDebian to collect such instructions?
I'm also interested in taking a glance at Z3ERP which I found only a
press release about, but which sounds quite interesting. I was unable
to find code or docs, however.
TIA!
Best,
--Toni++
