I'd say, do the following:

- run /var/lib/zope/svn_update.sh (this will download the latest
source code and all business templates

- go to your template manager and to "exchange" tool

- add a repository "file:///var/lib/zope/bt5"

- select "download business templates from repositories" - all
templates should show up, including base.
