[Erp5-users] How to upgrade with CVS files

Hello, 
I installed the Mandrake version of ERP5 and then I downloaded the
following CVS into my /var/lib/zope/Products/ directory : CMFActivity,
 CMFCategory,  ERP5,  ERP5Catalog,  ERP5SyncML,  ERP5Type, 
ZSQLCatalog.

Now I don't even know how to upgrade my current version with them...
Do I have to create a new instance of ERP5 by selecting type ERP5 in
the ZMI? Do I have to copy CVS files to somwhere?
