Yes. 
First, did you looked at the documentation at : 
ERP5SyncML/help/install.stx

If so, how did you setup your publication on the first site, and your 
subscription on the second site ?

This message is not so usefull. There is probably an error on the site 
where the publication is defined, may be you should look at the 
corresponding error_log.
