That's right. 

There are many proofs that the product actually exists (more than 300 people 
in 3 continents have seen it working on 3 production sites).

Our main issue is that we are financed at Nexedi by contracts from people 
who send cash to us on a regular base. We give priority to those people. 
Thanks to them, salaries can be paid and the company does not lose money. 
Thanks to them, bankers and new clients trust us.

The downside is that requests which consume resources and provide no cash in 
return in the short term can only be satisfied by working in week ends. Not 
so many people actually accept to work in the week end for nothing. 
Therefore, the progress is slow.

The current solution to this issue is that we invite whoever can program 
well and wants to learn ERP5 to join the development team (in Lille, 
France) for a couple of months. This way, we can achieve good training and 
know how transfer without spending human resources that we do not have.

Future solutions will be based in part on materials we are currently 
writing.
