Technically, IDs can be anything in gap categories, as long as reference
is set on those categories, reference we be displayed.

(well, a bug in gap importing script is a yet another story...)

At the moment, gap categories in erp5_accounting_l10n_fr have reference
for example, but not all erp5_accounting_l10n_* don't have reference yet.

ID is still supported for backward compatibility, but it is recommended
to define reference everywhere in gap categories. Can you handle it?

BTW, I have another question. Is there any 'official' or 'well-known'
name for this accounting plan ?
