Hello,

I'm following the Developer Leraning Track and I think there is some places
to improve.

The script box is overwrinting the *Parameter List* field on the slide.

The slide notes say, "change the contents of the *Form Name*", but you need
to change the *Form Action, *instead of* Form Name*.

The *Action* is "*
string:${object_url}/DiscussionThreadModule_viewAddReplayDialog*". It must
be "*string:${object_url}/DiscussionThreadModule_viewAddReplyDialog*"
whitout "a". Just typo mistake.
