Hi,
  I talked with Douglas by chat and took a look at his instance.
  I could not reproduce the error following the tutorial steps.

  So, it probably was a missing configuration or something like that.

  Now he can continue his tutorial. :)

  If someone can reproduce this error, let me know.
  Remember that such tutorial works only for 5.4.6 version.
