[Erp5-dev] ERP5 Appliance, Zope 2.12 test

Hi,

I'm please to announce that a test is now available to check the
ERP5 buildout installation.

This test is available on pypi:
 http://pypi.python.org/pypi/erp5.appliance.test/
and so, can be installed with:
 easy_install erp5.appliance.test
It can be updated with:
 easy_install -U erp5.appliance.test

When installed, it can be run with the command:
  erp5apptest212 -v -o -s -l appliance.log RUN_DIRECTORY

It will install all needed softwares, check their status (like if they
are linked to system libraries), instanciate ERP5 and finally run 
some ERP5 unit tests.

The test follows the procedure described in:
  http://svn.erp5.org/erp5/trunk/buildout/README-2.12.txt?view=markup
If you encounter any issue with it, please report it with the log
file attached.

This test is being run on various Linux distributions with variety
of configuration. You can find the results in erp5-report mailing list,
with subject containing ERP5Appliance212.
