I found the similar behavior of the ZOPE Objects month or two ago.  Just
saved Objects changes its values randomly during some sequential requests.
For example different requests to script showed 2 different codes - one code
corresponded to script before saving and the other had the right code. After
click on minimize button on
http://localhost:9673/Control_Panel/Database/main/manage_cacheGC  the script
value did not changed randomly and contained the last saved code. But the
same problem occured later if ZOPE instances had not been restarted. 
The error behavior completely dissapered if start of Zope instances delayed
for ZEO server could load entirely. We use Zope 2.8.12 and have one ZOPE
Instance.

IHMO my problem is ZOPE related so it should disappered after updating ZOPE
to 2.12
