[Erp5-dev] bug in erp5_odt_style bt5

Hello,

It seems there is a minor, but annoying bug in erp5_odt_style: upon
installation, this bt5 adds "erp5_odt_core" to the "Print" skin layer,
but it does not automatically add "erp5_odt_style", where form_view
and form_list are. The result is that after installing this bt5 whey
you click on the new "print" button, you get an attribute error. After
manually adding erp5_odt_style to Print layer everything works fine.
