[Erp5-dev] Localisation and fields naming

Dear developers!

Could you please explain.
Why during the fields renaming programmers don't change just the
translation for English in Localizer?  If i'm right developers change
the name of field and as a result new untranslated field names appear in
other then English localisation (for example "[svn r23409] 2008-09-04
yusei * Update English messages.." ).
