bt5_refactoring
bt5_remove_not_used
bt5_manifest

If you agree please commit.
I would continue work on refactoring ugly Documents/BusinessTemplate.py.

Summary:
bt5_refactoring - "refactoring begin:"

bt5_remove_not_used - "remove CatalogMethodTemplateItem.generateXml 
which is not correct and not used function"

bt5_manifest - "adding manifest for bt5 speedup upgrading proccess"
