Hi,

This is useful too:

It is what we use. It tracks bugs, it tracks results of all tests in a 
projet in relation with buildbot as well tasks for projects in relation 
with bug fixing.

It is workflow controled etc. I recommend you to use it, especially for 
customer projetcs.
