[Erp5-dev] integrity error on module reindexing

Hello,


I have an issue with:

IntegrityError: (1062, "Duplicate entry '144904-54283-148155-1' for key 1")

This is happening during reindexing of the module and truely SQL 
expression (this time it's inserting records to the category table) 
tries to insert twin records.

Is this a well known issue? If so, how should it be handled nicely?
