Right now I'm using giant-lock-like mechanism - I'm waiting for any
methods, which are critical for builder - immediateReindexObject,
recursiveImmediateReindexObject, expand, updateAppliedRule, etc but
then:
 - sale packing list builder is locked if there is any activity in
system
 - sale packing list builder is totally locked if there is -2 activity
problem with any object
