[Erp5-dev] Cogitations on Assignment start/stop dates

Hello,

The behaviour of Assignment's date fields seems to be as follows:

If I don't set any dates, on saving the form start date is automatically 
set to today.
If I set start date manually then the empty stop date on saving is set 
to start date. That's normal ERP5 date field behaviour.

But with this, it's impossible to set ONLY the start date of an 
Assignment to any other day than today. Are there any reasons/ideas 
behind that?
Or maybe there is a way that I just didn't find?
