[Erp5-dev] Expanding the simulation related to an Order

Hi,

I changed the way expand related to an Order is done.

Before r16011, expand was triggered by reindexObject method at the
Document level.
Now, it will be managed by 2 interactions workflows:
 * order_simulation_interaction_workflow
 * order_movement_simulation_interaction_workflow
triggered by the setters.

If you update your Products, please also update the bt5 (erp5_trade and
erp5_mrp) if you use them.

I also created a Discussion in the wiki related to this new
configuration (http://erp5.org/Discussion/ConfigureSimulation).
