[Erp5-dev] Downloading File portal_type by not Manager user

Hello,

I think that users with Auditor role on given document shall have
possibility to invoke Base_download on document. Base_download use
manage_FTPget to get files, which needs permission 'FTP access'.

I've attached quick fix-up to Base_setDefaultSecurity which defines
'FTP accesss' security. In default system this permission is only
available to manager.
