[Erp5-dev] [maybe bug] portal_templates - installation is a fake?

Hello,

Revision: 8732

While adding business template with Import / Export, after choosing
install, templates are only downloading and NOT installing. Every
template have to be installed manually with actionbox.

After such fake install portal_status_message is set to 'Business
Template installed'
