[Erp5-dev] Warning: break SimulationTool.py

Hi all,

I'm committing major changes this morning in SimulationTool.
Method collectMovement and buildDeliveryList are removed (as method 
buildInvoiceList on Delivery will be).
Now, Delivery generation must use DeliveryBuilder, which are more 
generic than current implementation in SimulationTool.

DeliveryBuilder are stored in tool: portal_deliveries.

This is a first implementation, which works for the generation of 
Packing List.
But, predicats and profile on DeliveryBuilder aer not yes implemented, 
but will come as soon as possible.
