second Last Call Working Draft of XML Binding Language (XBL) 2. 0

2007-01-30: The Mobile Web Best Practices Working Group has released a

Last Call Working Draft of W3C mobileOK Basic Tests 1. Written for

markup language designers, the draft specifies the syntax and usage of

CURIEs which are abbreviated or "compact URIs.<br>
