<br>On another machine, connected to a 20Mbps Fiber Connection,<br>(Comcast) and then ATT DSL, utilizing the following command:<br><br><i>bin/bootstrap2.6 -v -t 99999<br></i><br>I either get Connection Refused or Connection Timed Out errors.<br>
