Theses days, we mostly http://vifib.net to select versions of erp5 to 
build base on instructions here :

However even if the document 
http://www.erp5.com/user-Install.ERP5.With.SlapOS/user-Install.ERP5.With.SlapOS 
starts to be a bit old, it might work with the erp5 software given by 
Cedric. I updated this document with good erp5 url :
