Hi,

I already reported this bug to mantainers of bootstrap.py today. This 
seems a problem with Pypi repository itself.

One alternative is use distribute with "-d", something like this:

python -S bootstrap.py -d

We probably don't use the same buildout, it works for me at least for bootstrap.
