Please check if you have all of those BTses installed:
 * erp5_ods_style
 * erp5_odt_style
 * erp5_pdf_style
 * erp5_xhtml_style

Check in preferences, User Style tab, what Report Style and Report
Format is set to. BTW you might check if you have all Preferences and
System Preferences set up.
