[Erp5-users] erp5-express users?

I have some precise questions:

User's questions:
1. Is the "item" meaning the lot(party)? If not what is the purpose for
it? Isn't it the mess in the documentation because developers use this
term for any element of list?
2. Should i use "item" (lot) for FIFO and LIFO?
3. If i have to make some prepayments for PO before the goods are
received  how I can link the Prepayments and PO?
4. How to sort in list if i use national characters?

Questions of collaboration's:
1. Where can we see the erp5-team plan? We will use the erp5 and we
began to contribute to it, but we don't sure we don't make the same work
as somebody else.
2. Why we can't see the bug report? May be other people have decision
how to solve the problem and we have resources to do it?
3. Why if we try to contribute nobody answer us ("ERP5 repository for
Ubuntu"; "Using another character set and collation")?
