[Erp5-users] creating dropdown values

Hi,

I got the LiveCD up and running. I've read most of the tutorial. But I'm 
having problems adding or defining new values to dropdowns. i.e. 
followed the tutorial steps up to recalculating the paysheet. When I try
to save the Data a career grade is requested. In the the given dropdown 
under persons/xxx/career, no value is given in grade,Salary Level, etc.. 
How can I create new values?
