I made a survey about this problem again, and I found a similar report on the 
ASF Bugzilla:

In fact, I can reproduce the same problem without squid, so this must be a bug 
in Apache. According to the information on that page, I tried to disable 
mod_cache, but it had no effect on our server.

As far as I see, this problem looks specific to Mandrake Linux. So I should 
examine what patches Mandrake applied to Apache.
