[Erp5-dev] Payment Condition - returning rendered payment

Hello,

I'm planning to prepare script, which will return Payment Condition
rendered information - eg. to put them into printed order.

I think it shall be able to return translated and non-translated
rendered text.

My questions:
 - is such script needed in official repository?
 - what guidelines of creating such scrip applies?
 - what shall be its name: PaymentCondition_as[Translated]Text ?
