[Erp5-dev] Study on Open Source ERP

Hello,

  I m working as IT Manager in a small compagny
and I m following the last year of a Master in computer sciences.
In the last year of this master, each student has to write a paper on a free
subject. I m currently writing a study on the Open Source ERP.
I would like to present ERP5 in this study but I need more information on
- the history (who, when purpose ...)
- on the fonctionality available now and stable
- the future of ERP5
