[Erp5-dev] [BUG] Sale Packing List - Split & Defer do not work

Hello,

Fresh instalation of erp5, BTses: erp5_base, erp5_trade, erp5_pdm.
While invoking Split & Defer action on Sale Packing List, after workflow 
dialog action such problem occurs (log attached).

Refreshing/cleaning cache/waiting some time (there're no activites) 
problem resist.
